This is a delicious twist on a popular British/Australian breakfast table staple. I love the savoriness of the Marmite. To me, it is reminiscent of Asian fish sauce.

Ingredients

1 pkg
angel hair pasta
water for cooking
4 Tbsp
marmite
2 Tbsp
raspberry wasabi mustard (reg. stone ground can sub)
1 tsp
garlic salt
1 tsp
paprika
1/3 stick
unsalted butter
1/2 c
green beans, julienned
1 Tbsp
coconut oil
1 pinch
freshly grated nutmeg
1 tsp
freshly grated parmesan

How to Make Marmite Angel Hair Pasta

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil pasta per directions, then strain.
  • 2In separate pan saute green beans in coconut oil until crispy/softened.
  • 3In pot, add butter and melt on low/medium heat. Then add strained pasta.
  • 4Add, the rest of the ingredients, save parmesan and green beans. Mix well.
  • 5Add green beans. Mix.
  • 6Then add parmesan and serve.
