This is a delicious twist on a popular British/Australian breakfast table staple. I love the savoriness of the Marmite. To me, it is reminiscent of Asian fish sauce. Forks unite!

Ingredients

  • 1 package angel hair pasta
  • - water for cooking
  • 4 tablespoons marmite
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry wasabi mustard (reg. stone ground can sub)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup green beans, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated parmesan

How To Make marmite angel hair pasta

  • Step 1
    Boil pasta per directions, then strain.
  • Step 2
    In separate pan saute green beans in coconut oil until crispy/softened.
  • Step 3
    In pot, add butter and melt on low/medium heat. Then add strained pasta.
  • Step 4
    Add, the rest of the ingredients, save parmesan and green beans. Mix well.
  • Step 5
    Add green beans. Mix.
  • Step 6
    Then add parmesan and serve.
