Ingredients For margherita pasta

1/2 cbutter with olive oil & sea salt

1 boxpenne pasta

2 Tbspgarlic, minced

4 mdroma tomatoes, diced

1/2 cbasil, fresh, chopped

1 cparmesan cheese
How To Make margherita pasta

1Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Return to pan to keep warm.

2Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Add garlic & cook for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes & basil & cook 2 minutes.

3Add pasta & cheese & stir until combined.
