Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter with olive oil & sea salt
- 1 box penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 medium roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make margherita pasta

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Return to pan to keep warm.

Step 2Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Add garlic & cook for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes & basil & cook 2 minutes.

Step 3Add pasta & cheese & stir until combined.
