Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound can diced tomatoes
- 3 cans tomato paste, 6 ounces
- 1 package lasagna noodles, 10 ounces
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 cup parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 pounds mozzarella cheese, grated
How To Make margaret's lasagna

Step 1Brown ground beef.

Step 2Drain fat and wash with warm water to remove excess fat.

Step 3Add parsley flakes, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.

Step 4Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Step 5Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and parmesan cheese.

Step 6Mix with meat sauce.

Step 7In a 9x13 pan, pour half the mixture over a layer of cooked noodles.

Step 8Cover with half the mozzarella cheese.

Step 9Repeat layers.

Step 10Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Step 11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
