tomato paste, 6 ounces
lasagna noodles, 10 ounces
mozzarella cheese, grated
How to Make Margaret's Lasagna
2Drain fat and wash with warm water to remove excess fat.
3Add parsley flakes, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
4Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
5Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and parmesan cheese.
7In a 9x13 pan, pour half the mixture over a layer of cooked noodles.
8Cover with half the mozzarella cheese.
10Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
