This is my husband's favorite great aunt recipe. It's our favorite personal family recipe! A twist on Spaghetti!

Ingredients

16 oz
rotoni pasta
1 -16 oz
can of tomatoe sauce
16 oz
mexican blend shredded cheese
1-14.5 oz
can of diced italian diced tomaoes
1 lb
ground beef
1 small
yellow onions-chopped
1
garlic powder with parsley-just season meat

How to Make Margaret's Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown Ground Beef & chopped onion in Skillet. Season meat with garlic seasoning Drain off fat.
  • 2Cook Pasta until Aldente. Add cans of Tomatoes to Skillet. Stir well to combine. Add salt to taste if needed.
  • 3Transfer to a Tall, Round Casserole Dish Add Cheese to the top,and Bake 350 for 30 min.
