This is my husband's favorite great aunt recipe. It's our favorite personal family recipe! A twist on Spaghetti!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces rotoni pasta
- 1 -16 ounce can of tomatoe sauce
- 16 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1-14.5 ounce can of diced italian diced tomaoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onions-chopped
- 1 - garlic powder with parsley-just season meat
How To Make margaret's casserole

Step 1Brown Ground Beef & chopped onion in Skillet. Season meat with garlic seasoning Drain off fat.

Step 2Cook Pasta until Aldente. Add cans of Tomatoes to Skillet. Stir well to combine. Add salt to taste if needed.

Step 3Transfer to a Tall, Round Casserole Dish Add Cheese to the top,and Bake 350 for 30 min.
