Ingredients
- 6 - eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 - salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- MANICOTTI FILLING
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
How To Make manicotti

Step 1Put eggs, flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and water into blender. Blend for 2 minutes then let it sit for 30 minutes. Make shells.

Step 2MANICOTTI FILLING Mix altogether and fill manicotti. Shells put sauce in pan, line manicotti shells side by side. Pour sauce on top and bake. Bake manicotti. At 350 for 30 minutes.
