This is something that my mama made to get something quick on the table to feed us. I loved it! When i make it again I will take a pic of it. But for now all i have is a pic of Egg Noodles. lol

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    medium egg noodles
  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 10 oz
    tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mama's Eatmore

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown up hamburger and onion. Drain excess fat.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. When there are 2-3 min of cooking time left add the frozen veggies. Drain.
  3. Mix everything together in the pan you cooked the noodles in and heat up. Salt and pepper to your taste.
