mamae's macroni and cheese

This was my Grandmother's or as we called her Mamae recipe made from scratch. It's great just the cheese but the meat is good too

Ingredients
- 1 package jumbo elbow macroni
- 1 1/2 cups jack cheese diced
- 1 1/12 cups mild cheddar cheese diced
- 2 cups velvetta cheesediced
- 1 can large giced tomatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 10 slices velvetta cheese to place on top of macroni
- 2 cups (optional ) of meat of your choice fully cooked
How To Make mamae's macroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Lightly grease casserole I usally use PAM

Step 3Cook macroni and drain

Step 4Add the milk and tomatoes with macaroni and mix the cheese and if desired the meat of your choice

Step 5Place slices of cheese on top of the mixture and bake until cheese on top is melted
