mama robin's southern spaghetti
My Nana made this for us when we were kids and it's been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. This is the kind of recipe that you can add or subtract ingredients or just go with what you have on hand and it still turns out good.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 pound bacon, uncooked (diced)
- 3 - onions (sliced)
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 can peas
- 1/2 can tomatos (chopped)
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 2 - green peppers (chopped)
How To Make mama robin's southern spaghetti

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Set aside.

Step 2Fry bacon in skillet until almost crisp. Add onions & hamburger and fry until golden brown. Add all vegetables and simmer 5-8 min.

Step 3Layer in lightly sprayed or greased baking dish. One layer of pasta, a layer of meat & vegetables and a layer of cheese. Repeat until baking dish is full ending with cheese.

Step 4Bake in slow oven (about 250-275) for 2 hours.
