macaroni tuna salad
This recipe came from my mother-in-law. My husband loves it. Use as a salad, a side dish, or a main dish. You could add chopped celery, bell peppers, olives, etc.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces pkg. of tiny shell pasta - see note below
- 12 ounces can of tuna, drained
- 3 - boiled eggs, peeled, and chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make macaroni tuna salad

Step 1Prepare the shell pasta as directed on package. Drain well. In a large bowl, mix the drained pasta with all other ingredients. Stir gently. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2NOTE: I get the tiny shells in the 'TIERRA LINDA' brand. They are called 'conchitas' -- small shell pasta.
