- 1-1/4 lb
- paste spirals or fusill
- 3 c
- heavy cream
- 1 c
- grated fontina cheese
- 1-1/2 c
- grated asiago cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 fl
- grated parmesan cheese
How to Make MACARONI & CHEESE (CREAMY with a CRUNCH)). .Baked on a Baking Sheet
- 1Heat oven to 500 F.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 6 minutes. Drain.
- 2Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine, cream, fontina, and Asigo.
Season generously with pepper. Add pasta and stir to combine. Spreed mixture in a 11x 17 inch rimmed baking sheet, shaking pan to fill evenly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake until browned and crisp on top, about 15 minutes.
