Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 - onion-chopped
- 1 can petite-cut diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 7 ounces elbow macaroni-cooked
- 8 ounces block cheese-shredded
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - extra cheese for the top
How To Make macaroni casserole

Step 1Boil and cook macaroni according to package.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350'. Grease or spray non-stick spray in a casserole dish.

Step 3Brown meat in a large skillet..add onion. Saute with meat until tender. Drain off grease. Take off heat.

Step 4Add tomatoes, ketchup, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 5Add macaroni and cheese and stir until well blended. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Step 6Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven~
