Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 can(s)
    petite diced tomatoes (large cans)
  • 2 lb
    macaroni, cooked
  • 2
    celery ribs, chopped fine
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped fine
  • 5 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • 5 Tbsp
    basil leaves
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Macaroni, Beef, and Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic finely
  2. In a large pot, mix everything except tomatoes and macaroni.
    Cook meat mixture until done and then drain.
    Add both cans of tomatoes and mix well...simmer on med heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Boil noodles as directed on package and drain. Slowly mix into meat mixture.
