Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 pounds canned tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 cup tomato juice
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups macaroni, dry
How To Make macaroni and tomato casserole

Step 1Brown the meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and drain.

Step 2Combine tomatoes, juice and the drained meat mixture.

Step 3Stir in the seasonings.

Step 4Mix well and place in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Step 5Stir in uncooked macaroni and cook 2 to 3 hours more.
