Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces velveeta, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make macaroni and cheese, sandy (new) *

Step 1Cook macaroni to package directions. Meanwhile: in large saucepan melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add the milk. Bring to boil, cook and stir 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream, velveeta, parmesan, salt, mustard and pepper until cheese is melted and smooth. Drain macaroni and toss in cheddar cheese.

Step 2Toss into greased 3 quart baking dish. Add velveeta sauce and mix well. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
