Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 4 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1-1/2 c
    1% milk
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika

How to Make macaroni and cheese layers

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  2. Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in baking dish. Sprinkle w/ 1-1/2 cups of cheese.Repeat layers. Top w/ remaining macaroni
  3. In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour milk mix over macaroni mix. Cover, bake 45 mins. Uncover and sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and paprika. Cover, cook 10 mins more.
