Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 4 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

How To Make macaroni and cheese layers

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in baking dish. Sprinkle w/ 1-1/2 cups of cheese.Repeat layers. Top w/ remaining macaroni
  • Step 3
    In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour milk mix over macaroni mix. Cover, bake 45 mins. Uncover and sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and paprika. Cover, cook 10 mins more.
