- 4 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 - eggs
- 1-1/2 cup 1% milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
How To Make macaroni and cheese layers

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Layer 1/3 of the macaroni in baking dish. Sprinkle w/ 1-1/2 cups of cheese.Repeat layers. Top w/ remaining macaroni

Step 3In bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour milk mix over macaroni mix. Cover, bake 45 mins. Uncover and sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and paprika. Cover, cook 10 mins more.
