Ingredients
- 32 ounces elbow macaroni, large
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 3 - eggs
- 2 sticks salted butter (cold), cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces colby jack cheese, shredded
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cut into pieces
- 16 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make macaroni and cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer the pasta to a large casserole dish. Toss in butter pieces. Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat eggs then add evaporated milk, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. Add the cheese saving half of the mild cheddar for topping. Mix together. Pour the mixture over the pasta and stir until evenly distributed. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the rest of the mild cheddar cheese.

Step 4Bake covered for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for about 10-15 minutes, optional for browning.
