Ingredients
- 1 medium head broccoli cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 4 ounces aged cheddar cheese grated
How To Make mac & cheese with broccoli

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and add the broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In the same pot add more water and salt and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain. Place the macaroni back into the pan and add the cream cheese and broccoli.

Step 3MIx over low heat until the cream cheese melts. Place in a baking dish and top with the aged cheddar. Place under broiler until the cheese melts.
