Ingredients

1 lb
elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb
cheese, i used velveeta
1 c
half and half
1 stick
butter
1 c
panko bread crumbs, plain or italian
salt/pepper
1 tsp
white truffle oil

How to Make Mac & Cheese topped w/Italian seasoned Panko

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil the pasta (per package), drain and mix in the cheese, butter, half & half and salt/pepper to taste
  • 2pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with the Panko and bake for 10 mins....then broil for another 5 mins..or until golden brown
  • 3drizzle with the White Truffle oil, right before serving....trust me...soooo decadent and delicious, ENJOY
