What takes this Mac & cheese from ordinary to extraordinary is the light drizzle of White Truffle oil...AMAZING taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 pound cheese, i used velveeta
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs, plain or italian
  • - salt/pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white truffle oil

How To Make mac & cheese topped w/italian seasoned panko

  • Step 1
    Boil the pasta (per package), drain and mix in the cheese, butter, half & half and salt/pepper to taste
  • Step 2
    pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with the Panko and bake for 10 mins....then broil for another 5 mins..or until golden brown
  • Step 3
    drizzle with the White Truffle oil, right before serving....trust me...soooo decadent and delicious, ENJOY
