Ingredients
- 1 box spiral noodles, cooked and drained
- 8 1/8 slices bacon cubed and rendered
- 8 1/8 small campari tomatoes seeded then cubed
- 1/2 package velveta cubed
- 3/4 cup heavy cream or milk for less fat
- 1/2 package mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
How To Make mac & cheese carbonara

Step 1Boil and drain noodles and set aside. Render your bacon in a tsp. olive oil until cooked. Drain fat. Set aside. In a sauce pan add milk or cream, and both cheeses and pepper. Melt until sauce turns thick. In a shallow pan, or oven safe dish, toss together noodles, bacon and tomatoes. Pour sauce over the noodles and toss it all together. Pour about 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs all over the top and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
