This is an easy yummi side dish, or main dish to serve on a hecktic busy day!!! Kids and adults love it!! Hope you enjoy this!

1 box
spiral noodles, cooked and drained
8 1/8 slice
bacon cubed and rendered
8 1/8 small
campari tomatoes seeded then cubed
1/2 pkg
velveta cubed
3/4 c
heavy cream or milk for less fat
1/2 pkg
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 tsp
black pepper
1/4 c
italian bread crumbs

How to Make Mac & Cheese Carbonara


  • 1Boil and drain noodles and set aside. Render your bacon in a tsp. olive oil until cooked. Drain fat. Set aside. In a sauce pan add milk or cream, and both cheeses and pepper. Melt until sauce turns thick. In a shallow pan, or oven safe dish, toss together noodles, bacon and tomatoes. Pour sauce over the noodles and toss it all together. Pour about 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs all over the top and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
