1/2 cpine nuts

4 or 5 clovegarlic

5 cfresh basil, loosely packed

1 cfreshly grated parmesan

1/2 cfreshly grated pecorino

1/2 Tbspolive oil

·juice from 1 lemon

1 1/4 cmayonnaise

6 ccooked chilled bowtie pasta

2 cfrozen peas, defrosted

1/2 cpine nuts
-
1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan and pecorino
How to Make Lyza's Pesto Pasta Salad
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and leave food processor on low until all is well blended.
- Toss creamy pesto sauce with cooked pasta, peas, pine nuts and cheese. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
