Alice Price-Smith

Great all in one dish for summer! This is easy & enjoyable, a favorite @ cook outs or just for the family dinner. My kids love it, so enjoy!

1 Lg can(s)
your favorite tuna in spring water (drained)
1 Sm pkg
frozen green peas (thawed but not soft)
1 Med
red onion chopped
sweet relish (to taste)
3 Tbsp
sweet relish juice
1 c
mayonnaise (i prefer dukes)
1 box
twisted pasta (i use tri-colored pasta for color)
salt & pepper to taste

1Before you begin pull frozen green peas out to thaw or run under warm water just to remove ice & let drain. Then cook pasta until tender. Remove from water & run under cool water to set the pasta, then drain pasta and set aside. Once the pasta has cooled to room temp, put into large mixing bowl and begin adding ingredients. I start with the Mayonnaise, (you can use more or less) depending on your taste. Next flake in the Tuna and mix through pasta. Add in the onions, relish, relish juice, salt & pepper, then mix well to ensure all ingredients are mixed throughout (again this can be lessened or increased to your taste). Chill in frig until ready to serve.
