I came up with this recipe one day and I make this for lunch sometimes for the boys and I, it is soo good, If you love shrimp you're going to love this one. And don't be skimpy on the shrimp. Its so easy to whip up and perfect for 2 or 3 people. If you are a garlic and a shrimp lover this is one you must try.

  • ·
    1/4 cup butter or more if not enough
  • ·
    3-5 garlic cloves minced depends on how much you love garlic
  • ·
    linguini noodles enough for 2 people
  • ·
    one package of raw jumbo shrimp 20 count or more
  • ·
  • ·
    freshly grated parmigiana cheese

How to Make Lisa’s Pasta Garlic Shrimp


  1. Boil water in pot for noodles and cook until al dente, drain.
  2. In a frying pan add butter and garlic, cook on low for about 3 min add shrimp, continue to cook on med-low heat flipping shrimp at about 3-4 min,sprinkle with parsley , pepper and salt. .
  3. Once shrimp is cooked add noodles to pan and cook for a few more min.
  4. Place of serving platter or plate and sprinkle with Parmigiana cheese.
