How to Make Linguini with Lemon Alfredo Sauce
- Bring salted water to a boil in pan over high heat. Add linguini. Cook, uncovered, til al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
- Mix cream and butter in large heavy skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Stir in lemon juice and peel.
- Add pasta; toss to coat, adding reserved water as needed to thin the sauce to desired consistency. Add cheese and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 4
