Ingredients For linguini with clams

  • 36 md
    cherrystone clams
  • 4 clove
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb
    linguine pasta

How To Make linguini with clams

    Run clams in cold water to get sand out. Open clams. Separate juice from clams and set juice aside. Strain juice. Cut clams in pieces if desired.

    In a pan, put oil and brown garlic, add clam juice. Bring to a boil. Add clams and parsley. Cover and set aside.

    Cook linguini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Place linguine in a bowl and pour clams with sauce over it. Bon Appetito!
