How to Make Linguini with Clams
- Run clams in cold water to get sand out. Open clams. Separate juice from clams and set juice aside. Strain juice. Cut clams in pieces if desired.
- In a pan, put oil and brown garlic, add clam juice. Bring to a boil. Add clams and parsley. Cover and set aside.
- Cook linguini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Place linguine in a bowl and pour clams with sauce over it. Bon Appetito!
