Ingredients
- 36 medium cherrystone clams
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 pound linguine pasta
How To Make linguini with clams

Step 1Run clams in cold water to get sand out. Open clams. Separate juice from clams and set juice aside. Strain juice. Cut clams in pieces if desired.

Step 2In a pan, put oil and brown garlic, add clam juice. Bring to a boil. Add clams and parsley. Cover and set aside.

Step 3Cook linguini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Place linguine in a bowl and pour clams with sauce over it. Bon Appetito!
