cherrystone clams
4 clove
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
parsley, chopped
1 lb
linguine pasta

How to Make Linguini with Clams


  • 1Run clams in cold water to get sand out. Open clams. Separate juice from clams and set juice aside. Strain juice. Cut clams in pieces if desired.
  • 2In a pan, put oil and brown garlic, add clam juice. Bring to a boil. Add clams and parsley. Cover and set aside.
  • 3Cook linguini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Place linguine in a bowl and pour clams with sauce over it. Bon Appetito!
