Ingredients

1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
butter
2 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
pinch
oregano, dried
2 Tbsp
parsley, italian
4-5 medium
tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
3 can(s)
7-1/2 oz. chopped clams
2 c
clam juice
1 lb
linguini, cooked

How to Make Linguini With Clam Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute garlic & onions in oil and butter.
    Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley & tomatoes.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add clams and clam juice, reheat.
    Do not overcook clams.
    Serve over hot linguini noodles.
