Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoons parsley, italian
- 4-5 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
- 3 cans 7-1/2 oz. chopped clams
- 2 cups clam juice
- 1 pound linguini, cooked
How To Make linguini with clam sauce

Step 1Saute garlic & onions in oil and butter. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley & tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and clam juice, reheat. Do not overcook clams. Serve over hot linguini noodles.
