My grandma made this with wilted lettuce salad once a month.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Linguine and white clam sauce is a classic seafood dish that seems fancy but is easy to prepare. The briny sweetness from the clams pairs well with the garlic-filled, buttery sauce. Served over a bed of linguini, the pasta soaks up the delicious butter sauce. It's light yet indulgent with just the right balance of richness and freshness. A meal you can serve to impress a guest, but it's always an easy weeknight meal for the family.
