This is the first recipe I "adopted"! It was fun and easy to make; just a little time consuming due to the various steps. It is a unique blend between spaghetti and lasagna. I served it with salad and garlic bread. Good news...everyone liked it!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

When I prepare a dish for the first time I usually try to follow the recipe exactly (and then make my own adjustments the next time I prepare it). With this recipe I was VERY tempted to add some more spices to the sauce while it was cooking. I resisted and was so pleasantly surprised at how good it turned out! All the different layers come together and make it taste just wonderful. Let me know what you think!
