Linguine Tuna Salad

linguine, uncooked
1/4 c
lemon juice
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
chopped green onions
2 tsp
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
seasoned salt
12 1/2 oz
canned tuna, drained
10 oz
frozen peas, thawed
2 medium
tomatoes, chopped


1Break linguine in half then cook according to package directions, drain.
2Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian seasoning and salt, mix well.
3Add HOT linguine; toss.
4Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
5Cover; chill to blend flavors.
6Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.
7Refrigerate leftovers.
