Ingredients

  • 7 ounces linguine, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 12 1/2 ounces canned tuna, drained
  • 10 ounces frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

How To Make linguine tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Break linguine in half then cook according to package directions, drain.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian seasoning and salt, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add HOT linguine; toss.
  • Step 4
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step 5
    Cover; chill to blend flavors.
  • Step 6
    Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.
  • Step 7
    Refrigerate leftovers.
