Ingredients
- 2 - egg yolks
- 2 cups any milk
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley to garnish
How To Make lighter pasta carbonara

Step 1Cook pasta al dente, according to package, reserving some pasta water

Step 2Air fry bacon, till crisp

Step 3In a bowl combine eggs & milk

Step 4I a large skillet, melt butter and saute on low the smashed garlic cloves, about a min.

Step 5Add in the milk mixture and parmesan cheese.

Step 6Add in pasta and bacon, add some pasta water if needed and combine well. Turn off heat and let sit 10 mins..stir and serve, garnish with parsley and more parm.
