Lemom Mint Pasta Recipe

1 lb capellini (dry, angel hair) salt (taste) 3 ozs grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsps lemon zest (julienned) 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 2 cup fresh mint (torn fresh mint leaves) 1 tbsp olive oil crushed red pepper (flakes)


11 Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the water.
2 Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add to the pasta.
3 Garnish with additional cheese and the red pepper flakes.
