Ingredients
- - pasta of choice,cooked 'al dente'
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 4 cups turkey
- 1 jar chunky tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups mushroom pieces (optional)
- - parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make leftover turkey pasta

Step 1In large pot heat oil and add garlic and leftover turkey chunks.

Step 2Add pasta sauce, basil and add cream cheese and mushrooms when hot. Mix well until cheese melts.

Step 3Serve with pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
