    pasta of choice,cooked 'al dente'
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 4 c
  • 1 jar(s)
    chunky tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 c
    mushroom pieces (optional)
  • ·
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How to Make Leftover Turkey Pasta


  1. In large pot heat oil and add garlic and leftover turkey chunks.
  2. Add pasta sauce, basil and add cream cheese and mushrooms when hot. Mix well until cheese melts.
  3. Serve with pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
