1 can(s)any tomatoes you like (i used diced with basil, garlic and oregano)
1 can(s)green giant steam crisp southwestern corn
1 cdiced lunch meat (such as spam)
1 Tbspgarlic powder with parsley
How to Make LEFTOVER PASTA
- Cook macaroni per directions on box. OR (as I did) use 2 cups of leftover macaroni that already had tomatoes added.
- In a microwaveable bowl, (If not already added) mix in 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with or without spices added and use your own favorite.
- Add 1 can (11 oz) steam crisp southwestern corn and mix altogether. At this point, you can add the garlic powder or any other spices you want.
- Cook in microwave to heat through. (Mine took about 2 minutes.)
