  • 2 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 21 oz
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 1/2 oz
    condensed beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    sour cream

  • 6 c
    rotini pasta cooked
  • 1 dash(es)
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Lazy Lizzard's Beef Stroganoff


  1. Fill a stock or other large pot with water, pasta, and a dash of salt. Cook on high heat until pasta is tender.
  2. Brown the beef in a very large skillet and drain off excess fat
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, condensed beef broth, and worchestershire sauce and cook over medium heat until hot and well incorporated
  4. Strain the noodles and return to the empty stock pot, pour sauce from the skillet over top, add sour cream and stir thoroughly
  5. Dish into bowls and add parmesan cheese before serving
