This is a recipe I got from a very lovely lady, Miss Mary. She is the mother of a very dear friend. She would make this with a side salad and a loaf of crusty bread for us girls. Now we all make it for our own families!

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 package pepperoni
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 package egg noodles
How To Make lazy lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a large pot, boil watre and cook noodles according to directions on package.

Step 2While water is boiling, brown meat with onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain meat and add in pepperoni and spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook until sauce is warmed through. Set aside.

Step 3When noodles are cooked, drain. Return to warm pan and add in cream cheese, evaporated milk and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir to melt cheese and combine ingredients.

Step 4Spray a deep dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add noodle mixture and spread into the bottom of the dish. Cover with the meat mixture. Make sure to cover all the noodle mixture. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over the top.

Step 5Cook for 25 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
