This is a recipe I got from a very lovely lady, Miss Mary. She is the mother of a very dear friend. She would make this with a side salad and a loaf of crusty bread for us girls. Now we all make it for our own families!
1Preheat oven to 375. In a large pot, boil watre and cook noodles according to directions on package.
2While water is boiling, brown meat with onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain meat and add in pepperoni and spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook until sauce is warmed through. Set aside.
3When noodles are cooked, drain. Return to warm pan and add in cream cheese, evaporated milk and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir to melt cheese and combine ingredients.
4Spray a deep dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add noodle mixture and spread into the bottom of the dish. Cover with the meat mixture. Make sure to cover all the noodle mixture. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
5Cook for 25 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
