This started as a friends recipe that I modified to the taste that I preferred. Everyone that I have served it to loves it.

Ingredients For lasagne

2 lbground beef
-
1 tspsalt

2 clovecrushed garlic

1/2 tspblack pepper

24 oztomatoes italian style

8 oztomato sauce

2 pkgzesty spaghetti sauce mix

1/2 lblasagna noodles
-
1 lbmozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make lasagne

1Brown ground beef in deep kettle and drain grease, add salt, pepper and garlic. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spaghetti sauce mix. Stir thoroughly and cover. Simmer about 30 minutes.

2Boil the noodles in salted water until almost tender, drain and rinse.

3Pour apbout 1/4 of the meat sauce into a 12x8x2 baking dish, cover with 1/3 of the cooked noodles, place 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese on the noodles. Repeat the layers two more times ending with meat sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for twenty minutes.
