This started as a friends recipe that I modified to the taste that I preferred. Everyone that I have served it to loves it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 ounces tomatoes italian style
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 packages zesty spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make lasagne

Step 1Brown ground beef in deep kettle and drain grease, add salt, pepper and garlic. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spaghetti sauce mix. Stir thoroughly and cover. Simmer about 30 minutes.

Step 2Boil the noodles in salted water until almost tender, drain and rinse.

Step 3Pour apbout 1/4 of the meat sauce into a 12x8x2 baking dish, cover with 1/3 of the cooked noodles, place 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese on the noodles. Repeat the layers two more times ending with meat sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for twenty minutes.
