A fun way to make Lasagna. You may not think the nutmeg would be a good idea but it does add a nice touch.
Serve with warm Italian bread sticks or any bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 lb
    italian sausage, cooked
  • 15 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    each basil and nutmeg
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Lasagna Spirals

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease a 13X9 baking dish
  2. In large bowl, combine spinach, sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, green onions and seasonings.
  3. Spread about 1/2 cup of cheese mixture along each noodle. Roll noodles to form spirals.
  4. Place in 13X9 baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over spirals and top with parmesan.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
