Ingredients For lasagna rolls

  • 1 jar
    30oz prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1
    16 oz box lasagna noodles
  • 1
    32 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1
    16 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1
    8 oz box frozen chopped spinach(thawed)
  • 1
    tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3
    tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 1/4
    teaspoon salt

How To Make lasagna rolls

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to manufacter's instructions, cut noodles in half(after cooking). Squeeze water from chopped spinach. You can use a cheese cloth to squeeze out water from spinach. Mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, spinach, salt, italian seasoning,and garlic together in a large bowl. Using a rectangular pan pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce into it. Take half a noodle and place a heaping tablespoon of spinach and cheese mixture on one end and roll up. Place in pan with ends of noodles facing down. After filling pan, pour remaining sauce over lasagna rolls. Add other half of mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy with salad and garlic toast
