Ingredients
- 1/2 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make lasagna pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2\", or square baking dish - 8x8\".

Step 3Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.

Step 4Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of mozzarella, the oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over the top.

Step 5Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minute with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.

Step 6Pour in to pie plate.

Step 7Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 8Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 9Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 10Cool 5 minutes.

Step 11Sprinkle with parsley.

Step 121/2 recipe: Use 1 quart square or round casserole.

Step 13Divide ingredients amounts in half.

Step 14Decrease beat time to 10 seconds in blender or 30 seconds with wire whisk or hand beater and first bake time to 25-30 minutes.

Step 15HIGH ALT: no adjustment necessary.

Step 16For 1/2 pie, use 1 1/2 quart round or 1 quart square.

Step 17Bake 30-35 minutes.
