Ingredients
- 8 sausages, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 2 pounds mozzarella cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
- 3 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make lasagna

Step 1Cook noodles according to directions (ground beef can substitute for sausage).

Step 2Heat oil and saute\' garlic and onions until tender.

Step 3Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Step 4Bring to a boil then cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour.

Step 5Saute\' sausage until brown.

Step 6Discard fat.

Step 7Mix ricotta and diced mozzarella cheese together in a bowl.

Step 8Spread 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of baking pan.

Step 9Arrange noodles with layer of cheese mixture, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce and meat.

Step 10Repeat process ending with layer of noodles and sauce.

Step 11Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes, or until hot.
