I had a really hard time keeping my noodles soft and the top and I absolutely love the creaminess of this recipe.I doubled the sour cream, cream cheese, and mozzarella. I also added a layer of shredded mozzarella on top of the hamburger mixture. Hope you enjoy!!

spaghetti sauce
1 lb
hamburger (browned and drained)
1 box
oven-ready lasagna noodles
12 oz
cottage cheese
6 oz
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
8 oz
shredded mozzarella


1Mix hamburger and spaghetti sauce in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Line bottom of a 9x13 pan with lasagna noodles. Top with hamburger mixture first, then with cheese mixture. Repeat layers starting with noodles until all mixtures are used. Do not use noodles as top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, then add shredded mozzarella on top of layers and cook for an additional 15 min, or until cheese is melted. Let cool 20 min. before serving.
