    lasagna noodles
  • 1 - 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 - 15 oz
    tomato sauce, italian seasoned
  • 1 - 14.5 oz
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    0regano
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 16 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    parmesean cheese

How to Make Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger. Add garlic, tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, salt & Pepper. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Cook about six lasagna noodles.A dash of salt to water. Boil approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Fill rectangular casserole dish with alternating layers of noodles, cheese and tomato meat sauce.
  4. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
