  • 16 oz
    andouille sausage (i use savoie's)
  • 2 lb
    shrimp (peeled)
  • 3
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 3
    onions, chopped
  • 1
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, chopped
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • ·
    tony's seasoning to taste
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1 small
    bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1 lb
    velveeta (cubed)
  • 1 pt
    half and half
  • 1 lb
    angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 8 oz
    grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Krista's Shrimp and Pasta Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook sausage and shrimp. Set aside
  2. In large pot, saute' celery, white onion, bell pepper and garlic slowly in butter; add Tony's for seasoning.
  3. Stir in flour and add green onions
  4. Add Velveeta, half & half, sausage and shrimp. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package and drain. Add pasta to pot of mixture and stir together.
  6. Now place in large casserole dish or two casserole dishes and top with greated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
