Ingredients

  • 16 ounces andouille sausage (i use savoie's)
  • 2 pounds shrimp (peeled)
  • 3 - celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 - onions, chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 sticks butter
  • - tony's seasoning to taste
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1 pound velveeta (cubed)
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese

How To Make krista's shrimp and pasta bake

  • Step 1
    Cook sausage and shrimp. Set aside
  • Step 2
    In large pot, saute' celery, white onion, bell pepper and garlic slowly in butter; add Tony's for seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Stir in flour and add green onions
  • Step 4
    Add Velveeta, half & half, sausage and shrimp. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package and drain. Add pasta to pot of mixture and stir together.
  • Step 6
    Now place in large casserole dish or two casserole dishes and top with greated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
