Ingredients
- 16 ounces andouille sausage (i use savoie's)
- 2 pounds shrimp (peeled)
- 3 - celery stalks, chopped
- 3 - onions, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 2 sticks butter
- - tony's seasoning to taste
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 small bunch of green onions, chopped
- 1 pound velveeta (cubed)
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
How To Make krista's shrimp and pasta bake

Step 1Cook sausage and shrimp. Set aside

Step 2In large pot, saute' celery, white onion, bell pepper and garlic slowly in butter; add Tony's for seasoning.

Step 3Stir in flour and add green onions

Step 4Add Velveeta, half & half, sausage and shrimp. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package and drain. Add pasta to pot of mixture and stir together.

Step 6Now place in large casserole dish or two casserole dishes and top with greated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
