mac and cheese- knock your "red sox" off

Every year I enter a huge Mac and cheese bake off- I always come in second. This is my 2017 entry. Let's see how it goes!!

Ingredients
- 1 box cavatappi pasta
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter (salted)
- 3 - 8 oz blocks of sharp cheddar (finely shredded)
- 3 - 8 oz blocks of super sharp cheddar (finely shredded)
- 3 - 8oz blocks of american cheese (finely shredded)
- 2 packages kayem natural casing hotdogs
- 4 tablespoons mustard, spicy brown
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 - large white onion(diced)
- 4 ounces beer, ipa preferably.
How To Make mac and cheese- knock your "red sox" off

Step 1Cook pasta in salted water

Step 2Cut hotndogs into nickle sized rounds. Fry in frying Pan with 2 tbs of butter until brown. Remove with slotted spoon .

Step 3Add 2 more TbS butter to pan and add onions. Saute until translucent.

Step 4Strain cooked pasta.

Step 5Slowly add your shredded cheese until it's all in corporated.

Step 6Add Hotdogs, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until incorporated.

Step 7( broil on high for extra 5 min for a calmelized cheese top)
