This is a very simple and very fast man pleasing meal. Kids love it too. It has been a favorite in our family for decades. Back to basics with just salt and pepper to season and I guarantee there will be clean plates

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 can tomato sauce , 15 oz
- 1 1/2 cups raw elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
- - salt and pepper
How To Make goulash

Step 1Cook macaroni according to directions (takes about 8 1/2 minutes)

Step 2In large skillet brown ground beef and onions

Step 3Season with salt and pepper

Step 4Add tomato sauce, taste, and add more salt and pepper if needed

Step 5Drain and rinse cooked macaroni and add to pan

Step 6Microwave frozen corn till heated

Step 7Stir corn into skillet mixture until fully coated with sauce

Step 8Serve with your choice of salad and bread. Dinner is done!

Step 9I often substitute a jar of spaghetti sauce in place of plain tomato sauce. Our favorite is sweet basil Classico. I also sometimes add on diced bell pepper to the onion and ground beef. Use either red or green or half each of both
