Ingredients For kimchi pasta

  • 8 oz
    pasta of choice
  • 4 slice
    bacon
  • 1/2 md
    onion, chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    Kimchi, chopped
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    Gochujang, plus more for drizzling if desired
  • 0
    salt and pepper
  • 0
    fresh chives, chopped

How To Make kimchi pasta

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
  • 2
    Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a saucepan until browned. Remove the bacon to a paper towel and break into pieces.

    Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and cook until softened.
  • 4
    Add the Kimchi and gochujang and stir well.
  • 5
    Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

    Drain the pasta and stir it into the kimchi mixture.

    Then stir the bacon in. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Drizzle with more Gochujang if you dare. Sprinkle the chives on.
