Ingredients For kimchi pasta

8 ozpasta of choice

4 slicebacon

1/2 mdonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 cKimchi, chopped

1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cParmesan cheese

1 TbspGochujang, plus more for drizzling if desired

0salt and pepper

0fresh chives, chopped
How To Make kimchi pasta

1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

2Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a saucepan until browned. Remove the bacon to a paper towel and break into pieces.

3Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and cook until softened.

4Add the Kimchi and gochujang and stir well.

5Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

6Drain the pasta and stir it into the kimchi mixture.

7Then stir the bacon in. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Drizzle with more Gochujang if you dare. Sprinkle the chives on.
