Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang, plus more for drizzling if desired
- 0 - salt and pepper
- 0 - fresh chives, chopped
How To Make kimchi pasta

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Step 2Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a saucepan until browned. Remove the bacon to a paper towel and break into pieces.

Step 3Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and cook until softened.

Step 4Add the Kimchi and gochujang and stir well.

Step 5Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

Step 6Drain the pasta and stir it into the kimchi mixture.

Step 7Then stir the bacon in. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Drizzle with more Gochujang if you dare. Sprinkle the chives on.
