Ingredients For kimchi noodle bowl

4 slicebacon, cut into small pieces

4 ozrice noodles, I used pad Thai noodles

1 cKimchi chopped

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped; white and light green parts only save the dark green for garnish
- SAUCE

1 tspKorean chili flakes

1/2 TbspGochujang
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspwhite sugar

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 tsprice vinegar
-
1 tspsesame oil

2 lgeggs

salt and pepper
How To Make kimchi noodle bowl

1Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

2Place a large wok over medium heat and cook the bacon until its crisp.

3At the same time, cook the noodles according to the instructions.

4Once the bacon is crisp, add the kimchi and the dark green and light green parts. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

5Pour in the sauce and add the kimchi and noodles. Stir fry another 2 minutes.

6Fry the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

7Place the egg on top of the noodles and garnish with the dark green parts of the green onions.
