I use to eat this when I was much younger and it has been a BIG hit as a covered dish at Picnics & Parties... If you like kielbasa, you will love this. The flavor from the juices of the kielbasa on the noodles & beans is great and it's very quick ad easy...It's really yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package kielbasa or polish sausage
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 1 LG can cambells pork n beans
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 small bottle heinz catsup (or to taste)
  • 1 small onion chopped (optional)

How To Make *kielpastabean*

  • Step 1
    Cut Kielbasa into bite size pieces. Par fry until edges brown some. Kielbasa will look a little greasy. (This will help add flavor to water for the noodles)
  • Step 2
    Drop both Kielbasa and Noodles into boiling water. Boil as long as it says to boil on the noodle package...
  • Step 3
    Drain. Put back in pan and add, Pork n Beans, Catsup and Sugar. Mix well. Cook until well heated. Eat and enjoy...
