Ingredients
- 7 ounces spaghetti
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make ketchup spaghetti

Step 1Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain.

Step 2To make the sauce. Add olive oil to a pan. Add the onions and mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms have given up their moisture.

Step 3Mix the ketchup, milk, Worcestershire, and sugar. Add to the onion mushroom mixture. Add a little pasta water if too thick.

Step 4Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix well. Add the butter. Taste to adjust for salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
