Ingredients For ketchup spaghetti

7 ozspaghetti

1/2 cketchup

1/2 Tbspmilk

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

1 tspgranulated sugar

1/2 mdonion, chopped

1 cchopped mushrooms
-
1 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper

1/4 cgrated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make ketchup spaghetti

1Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain.

2To make the sauce. Add olive oil to a pan. Add the onions and mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms have given up their moisture.

3Mix the ketchup, milk, Worcestershire, and sugar. Add to the onion mushroom mixture. Add a little pasta water if too thick.

4Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix well. Add the butter. Taste to adjust for salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
