Ingredients
- FILLING
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 large ricotta cheese
- 1 can pears
- 1 tablespoon parsely flakes (more or less)
- 1 box large shells
- WHITE SAUCE
- 2 cups fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic (or more, i used minced in the jar)
- 1 tablespoon parsely flakes (more or less)
How To Make karee's pear & ricotta stuffed shells

Step 1Cook Box of large shells as directed

Step 2Drain most of the juice and crush the pears, mix in w the ricotta and mozzarella add a splash of the juice and parsley flakes to your liking.

Step 3stuff cooked shells w mixture Arrange in 13x9 pan

Step 4Melt the butter and sauté the garlic for a minute or so

Step 5Add the heavy cream and heat but not to a boil

Step 6Add parmesan cheese , wisk until it’s melted (4-5 min maybe longer)

Step 7Add parsley flaks Add salt and pepper if you like

Step 8Pour over stuffed shells cover w tinfoil Bake at 350 for 30 min or so.

Step 9you can use any alfrado sauce you like, i like mine rich so i use a really good parmesan cheese. we also held some sauce back to dip steamed shrimp in. it was awesome!
