Ingredients

1 lbhamburger
-
1 smallonion
-
1 14oz can(s)diced tomatoes

1 6oz can(s)tomatoe paste
-
3/4 cwater (more if needed)

2 tspitalian seasoning
-
2 tsporegano, dried
-
2 tspbasil, dried
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt and pepper(each)

1 8oz pkgcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 8oz pkgmozzarella cheese, shredded

1 to 2 cparmesan cheese

8 to 12lasagna noodles, cooked (cook about 7minutes)they will finish cooking in oven.
How to Make Judy's Homemade Lasagna
- In large sauce pan add hamburger & onion. cook until hamburger is brown.(drain off grease)
- Add tomatos,tomato paste,water,italian seasoning,basil,garlic powder,salt,pepper. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- In another pot add 2 quarts water, bring to a boil add noodles,season with salt.'cook about 7 minutes.(drain)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrease.
- In a 9 by 12 baking dish, spread some of the sauce on bottom of dish, about 1/2 cup, Layer Noodles, meat sauce, cheddar, & mozzarella, & parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until cheese is lightly browned on top. (remove from oven) Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
